Enlightened and relative archetypes, tantra & intuitive movement

Too often, as women we adopt a certain stance in life. We become "the good girl", "the social butterfly", "the hippie," "the ice queen", "the damsel in distress", or some other female persona (or a bit of a combination of a few), but this way to inhabit the world does not always serve the moment. When we define ourselves (consciously or subconsciously) we limit ourselves, and may even shun parts of our Being. In the same way that defining an object, a situation, a person narrows the field and dulls our experience, our self-proclaimed labels become self-fulfilling prophecies and ways that we disconnect with the richness of our selves, and even clash with reality. It's like the saying that, to a man with a hammer, everything looks like a nail... Or let's say, to a woman with a self-story, everything looks like the same chapter over and over again.

At the heart of this predicament lies our attachment to a sense of a fixed, permanent “me”, and so when I say that UNRAVEL is for the woman who wants to come home to ALL of herself, I don't mean that it is yet another roadmap to become "the woman who has it all" - a label that has pushed more women into exhaustion and discontent, than into flow. I often say: you don't want more. You want REAL!

What I'm talking about instead, is unbecoming the character. To shed all that is unreal and unleashing the facets of your being that where once locked away because they were deemed as unsafe or non-agreeable. I'm talking about eroding the socially constructed self so that you can shapeshift effortlessly within the multitude of your being, meeting a broader spectra of life with all its joys and challenges. Because when there is no need to be defined (or approved) by ourselves or others, we can step out of our own way and allow for the spontaneous unfolding.

I really do believe that it is our nature to unfold, yet the complexity of our society today offers a lot of noise and distraction that delays the process. Luckily, there are teachings and practices that can catalyse the unfolding by shining light on unconscious stories and patterns that otherwise are slow to release, and by opening doors to the rooms within us that we have kept shut (maybe even with a warning sign on them...). UNRAVEL is filled with these catalysts.

Who is this experience for?

Women who want to:

• shift stubborn habits and patterns

• stop self-sabotaging and embody their multitude

• live more fluidly, in flow, and less in anxiety and/or strive

• learn powerful ancient practices and post-lineage wisdom (because sageness is not reserved for the past)

• be in a container that keeps you on course and in community with others

What we will cover:

• enlightened and relative female archetypes from tantra and the Jungian lens

• tantrik view and psychology (including the six realms of suffering)

• intuitive movement, somatics, and other embodied means to reconnect to and trust your aliveness, and to embody the concepts learned in the more lectured based sessions. I am a strong believer in not only explaining philosophy but also embodying it.

”Come, come whoever you are. Wanderer, worshiper, lover of leaving. It doesn't matter. Ours is not a caravan of despair. Come, even if you have broken your vows a thousand times. Come, yet again, come, come.”
